Credit institutions that are members of the Fund, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Deposit and Savings Insurance”, pay contributions to the Fund according to the established procedure. Payments to the Fund are non-refundable and consist of membership, calendar, and supplementary contributions.
Membership fees are paid by credit institutions to the Fund within three days of receiving a license from the National Bank of Tajikistan, in national currency, in the amount of 0.5 percent of the minimum authorized capital (fund).
Calendar contributions are paid by credit institutions quarterly in national and foreign currencies in the amount of 0.1 percent for deposits and savings in national currency and 0.3 percent for deposits and savings in foreign currency from their average balance for the previous quarter, held in the credit institution and subject to insurance.
Supplementary contributions are paid by credit institutions, except for the credit institution in which an insured event occurred, to eliminate the Fund’s deficit, on a one-time basis, in double the amount of the calendar contribution.
