for the following vacant position
“Public Relations Specialist (PR Specialist)”
Specialist’s responsibilities:
- development and implementation of the company’s public relations policy;
- development of slogans and naming of printed and polygraphic products, PR materials, conducting “PR campaigns” and “PR campaigns”;
- facilitate cooperation with the media, write scripts for television commercials and for radio and television; writing press releases, articles, messages on social networks, answering questions;
- promoting the organization’s website and the organization’s official page on social networks;
- work on developing relevant information and advertising materials about the organization (booklets, brochures, presentations);
- monitoring information on current issues in the press, on radio and television, as well as on the Internet;
- preparing speeches for the organization’s management;
- speech at public events; organization of the call center.
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education in banking and marketing, journalism, PR management;
- knowledge of the basics and features of the banking advertising and PR services market;
- professional competence, experience in public relations and the media;
- good communication skills and the ability to express thoughts orally and in writing; good organizational skills, responsibility and stress resistance, desire for self-study;
- good computer skills;
- excellent knowledge of Tajik and Russian;knowledge of English is desirable.

Requirements for the candidate:
- higher education in economics or related to information technology;
- experience in servicing deposits in credit institutions;
- good knowledge of computers, knowledge of programs – MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), automated banking systems (ABS);
- knowledge of the state and Russian languages is mandatory (knowledge of English is welcomed);
- at least 5 years of work experience in credit institutions, The following documents are provided to participate in the competition:
- application addressed to the Chairman of the Fund;
- objective certificate;
- personnel record sheet (questionnaire);
- autobiography;
- 4 photos 3×4;
- copy of identity document (passport);
- copy of document confirming higher education;

Requirements for the candidate:

- good knowledge of computer programs; knowledge of the state (Tajik) and Russian languages is mandatory, knowledge of English is welcomed;
- work experience of at least 3 years;
- age up to 35 years.
Job responsibilities:
- administration of Windows 2007/2010 operating systems;
- installation and management of databases;
- posting and updating analytical materials on the organization’s website; development of a public information system using the media (mass media);
- preparation and publication of information materials on deposit insurance;
- participation in the implementation of automated system projects;
- development of technical instructions (instructions);
- ensuring the operation of computer equipment and local network in the organization,
