The Deposit and Savings Insurance Fund of Tajikistan announces that, following the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan, the Closed Joint-Stock Company “Investment and Credit Bank of Tajikistan” has been granted a license to conduct banking operations.
As a result, and in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Deposit and Savings Insurance,” the Closed Joint-Stock Company “Investment and Credit Bank of Tajikistan” has been issued a Certificate of Membership in the Deposit Insurance and Savings Fund of Tajikistan, dated October 25, 2024, No. 000072. Corresponding amendments have also been made to the Register of Credit Organizations participating in the deposit and savings insurance system.
It is important to note that this credit organization was established following a name change from the Closed Joint-Stock Company “First Microfinance Bank” to the Closed Joint-Stock Company “Investment and Credit Bank of Tajikistan.” Consequently, the Certificate of Membership of the Closed Joint-Stock Company “First Microfinance Bank” in the Deposit Insurance and Savings Fund of Tajikistan, issued on June 19, 2023, No. 007, is now considered invalid.
