The Deposit and Savings Insurance Fund of Tajikistan (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) announces that, according to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated October 2, 2024, No. 0000327, “Moliya” Microfinance Deposit Organization Limited Liability Company (MDO) received a license to conduct banking operations.
Taking this into account, according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Deposit and Savings Insurance”, “Moliya” MDO LLC was issued a Membership Certificate in the Deposit and Savings Insurance Fund of Tajikistan dated October 14, 2024, No. 071, and the corresponding change was made in the Registry of Credit Organizations, participants in the deposit and savings insurance system.
It should be noted that this credit organization was created as a result of the name change from “Faza S” MDO LLC to “Moliya” MDO LLC. In this regard, the Certificate of “Faza S” MDO LLC’s membership in the Deposit and Savings Insurance Fund of Tajikistan, issued on June 19, 2023, No. 20, is considered invalid.
