Membership Order in the Fund

According to Articles 12 and 15 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Deposit and Savings Insurance”, every credit institution that holds a license from the National Bank of Tajikistan to attract deposits and savings is a member of the Deposit and Savings Insurance Fund of Tajikistan (hereinafter referred to as the Fund).

Within three days of receiving a license from the National Bank of Tajikistan, a credit institution shall pay the Fund non-refundable membership fees in national currency equal to 0.5 percent of the minimum authorized capital (fund).

The Fund shall, no later than three working days following the date of payment of the membership fee, include the credit institution in the Register of Credit Institutions of the Deposit and Savings Insurance System and issue it a certificate of membership.

To obtain a certificate of membership, credit institutions shall submit the following documents to the Fund:

1. An official letter to the Chairman of the Fund regarding the credit institution’s admission to the Fund’s membership;
2. A copy of the license of the National Bank of Tajikistan to attract deposits and savings;
3. A copy of the Certificate of State Registration and an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
4. The credit institution’s balance sheet on the date of admission to the Fund’s membership;
5. Information on the payment of the membership fee in the amount of 0.5 percent of the minimum authorized capital (fund) to the Fund’s account at the National Bank of Tajikistan:
