The Deposit and Savings Insurance Fund of Tajikistan announces that, pursuant to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan, CJSC “Humo Bank” has been granted a license to conduct banking operations.
Accordingly, following the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Deposit and Savings Insurance”, CJSC “Humo Bank” has been issued Certificate of Membership No. 000078 in the Deposit and Savings Insurance Fund of Tajikistan, dated July 29, 2025. A corresponding amendment has been made to the Register of credit institutions participating in the deposit and savings insurance system.
It should be noted that this credit institution was established through the transformation of LLC MDO “Humo” into CJSC “Humo Bank”. Consequently, Certificate No. 046 issued to LLC MDO “Humo” for membership in the Deposit and Savings Insurance Fund of Tajikistan on June 19, 2023, has been declared null and void.
